What every site includes, in every package
Some things we do not sell as add-ons, because without them the site simply does not work. These are in every package, including the €199 one.
- Built with Next.js, not a heavy template
- Full functionality on phones, where most visits come from
- A page that loads fast even on a weak connection
- Code and content you own, not us
- Deployment to fast hosting and connection to your domain
How does it work?
From consult to launch there are five steps. The timeline depends on the package and on how quickly you send us your material.
- 1. A free 30-minute consult: we look at what you sell and which package is enough.
- 2. A fixed quote and deadline, before any work starts.
- 3. Message and structure: what each page says and in what order.
- 4. Build and review: you see the site live during the work, not only at the end.
- 5. Launch: we connect the domain, test the forms, and hand over access.
What we need from you
Deadlines slip on material, not on building. If you have these ready in advance, the site goes live far sooner.
- Your logo and colours, if you have them
- Photos of your work or your premises
- A list of services and prices, if you want them published
- Contact details: phone, WhatsApp, email, address
- Access to your domain, or help buying one
Packages and what they include
These are real starting prices, not estimates. We quote and invoice in Albanian lekë, so the euro figures here are a conversion for reference and the lekë amount is what the contract says. The final figure depends on how many pages you need, how much content you already have, and which integrations you want. After the consult you get a fixed quote and a deadline; if something outside that quote comes up mid-build, we discuss it before doing the work, not after invoicing it.

Frequently asked questions
Why are your prices public when most agencies hide theirs?
Because the first question anyone asks is what it costs, and if they cannot find the answer they go to someone who did write it down. It is the same advice we give our own clients on the gym and salon pages. It would be strange to give that advice and not follow it ourselves.
How long until the site is live?
A landing page is usually within a week. Standard around two weeks. Business and Full Suite two to four weeks, depending on page count and content. These timelines run from when we have your material; if the delay is on our side, we keep working at no extra cost until it is live.
Are there monthly costs after launch?
From us, no. The price is one-off and the site stays yours. You will have your own domain and hosting costs, which are small and paid directly to the provider rather than to us. If you want us to maintain it or add pages later, we discuss that separately and it is not mandatory.
What if I want to change the content myself later?
The Full Suite package includes a blog or resources section you update yourself. On the smaller packages we make text changes for you, or hand over access to the code if you have someone who can work with it. We always transfer full ownership, so you are not locked to us if you want to continue with someone else.
Short definition
How much does a website cost in Albania?
The price of a website in Albania depends on the number of pages and the features required. Rritje Sade, an agency in Tirana, publishes its pricing in Albanian lekë: a single landing page starts at 9,900 ALL (about €99), a 2–4 page site at 24,900 ALL (about €249), a business site of up to 8 pages with two languages and a booking system at 59,900 ALL (about €599), and a full site with a blog, video, and AI search optimisation at 109,900 ALL (about €1,099). Online shops and applications with user accounts require a custom quote. These are one-off prices; domain and hosting are paid separately to the provider.
