The problem is not the posting
Most Tirana businesses that contact us already have an active Instagram and have often paid for ads too. They post regularly, they have followers, they get likes. But serious enquiries are rare, and nobody knows which move produced which enquiry.
The reason is almost always the same: the channels work separately. The ad sends people to the profile, the profile sends them to a bio with no link, and the website, if it exists, does not say the same thing as the ad. The person who was ready to ask loses the thread. More posting does not fix that.
How does it work?
We build in order. Each step depends on the one before it, and we do not move on until the previous step works.
- 1. The offer: exactly what you sell, to whom, at what price or process, and why you rather than the alternative.
- 2. The destination: a site or landing page that states that offer clearly and makes contact easy.
- 3. The proof: testimonials, prior work, the team, the location — reasons to be believed.
- 4. The content: posts and video that send people to the destination rather than sitting on the profile.
- 5. The ads: only once the first three work, because advertising an unclear offer burns budget.
- 6. The measurement: which channel produced which enquiry, and how many became customers.
Which channels make sense in Albania
The Albanian market has a few features that change the standard marketing answers. Instagram carries far more weight than in many Western markets. WhatsApp is the normal channel for talking to a business, not email. And personal referral remains the strongest source of customers for most services.
This means a strategy copied from an American agency often does not work here. Email newsletters return little. Long contact forms get abandoned. Meanwhile a WhatsApp button that opens a chat with a pre-filled message converts far better than you would expect.
- Instagram: discovery and trust, especially for visual services
- Google Search and Google Business: search with buying intent
- WhatsApp: where the conversation actually closes
- Meta Ads: new reach and retargeting
- Google Ads: captures existing demand, expensive but fast
What we do not do
We do not sell posting packages disconnected from an offer. We do not buy followers. We do not promise an ROI figure before there is data. And we will not take a client on if we think the money would do more elsewhere — for example, when the real problem is that the business takes two days to answer messages.
That means we sometimes end a consult by saying we are not the right fit right now. We prefer that to a six-month contract we both know will not deliver.
Packages and what they include
We set the price on the consult, once we have seen the site and where things stand. What you get before deciding is a concrete list of work and a timeline.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a marketing agency cost in Tirana?
In this market you will find anything from a few hundred euros a month for basic social media management up to several thousand for a full programme with a site, content, video, and ads. The real difference is not the number of posts, it is whether anyone is working on the offer and on the destination people are sent to. We discuss price on the consult after seeing where you are, because the work for a business with no site at all is completely different from the work for one that just needs ads.
Do I need a website before running ads?
In most cases, yes. Ads are paid per click; if that click lands on a profile with no pricing information, no proof, and no easy way to make contact, you are paying to lose people. The exception is highly visual businesses where direct Instagram messaging genuinely is the normal way to buy. Even then, we need at least a landing page in order to measure anything.
How fast will I see results?
Ads produce data within the first week and enquiries within days if the offer is clear. Organic content usually takes one to three months to build rhythm. SEO takes three to six months on competitive terms. That is why we often start with ads to learn quickly what works, while building the organic base in parallel so the cost falls over time.
Do you work with businesses outside Tirana?
Yes. We are based in Tirana and work with businesses across Albania, as well as Albanian-speaking clients abroad. The work happens online over video calls; video shoots require us to be physically present and are scheduled separately.
Short definition
What does a marketing agency do?
A marketing agency helps a business find and persuade customers. The work covers clarifying the offer, building or improving the website, producing content and video, managing social media, and running paid advertising on Google and Meta. A good agency connects these into a single system and measures which channel produces enquiries, rather than selling them as separate services. Rritje Sade is one such agency in Tirana, Albania, working in Albanian and English.
