Why we are showing our own numbers, not a client's
We are a new studio and we do not yet have measured ROI with paying clients. Saying otherwise would be a lie, and we state it openly on the other pages too. But that does not mean we have nothing to show.
Our own channel is the proof we have. It is the one place where we control every variable, know exactly what was spent, and can publish any figure without asking anyone. If the system we sell to businesses does not work for us, you should not buy it.
How does it work?
There is no trick here, and that is the important part. It is the same system described on the social media management page, applied to ourselves.
- 1. Short Albanian-language reels, not static posts. Still the format that gets distributed most.
- 2. A narrow set of topics: entrepreneurship, marketing, decision psychology, personal development.
- 3. A hook in the first three seconds. If someone does not stop there, the rest does not matter.
- 4. Serialised content: “follow for the next part” turns a passing viewer into a follower.
- 5. A steady rhythm: around 22 posts in a little over three weeks.
- 6. Zero euros on ads, so we know what actually produced the result.
And LinkedIn, where we are a long way behind
The LinkedIn number above is 12 followers, and we are leaving it there precisely because it is small. It would be easy to drop it from this page and show only Instagram.
LinkedIn is a completely different platform and a much slower one. There is no viral distribution the way reels have it; reach comes from a network of real people who know you, and a new company page starts with none. In Albania the active audience there is small, which makes it harder still.
But the real reason we are at 12 is simpler: we have not been consistent. All the energy went to Instagram, because that is where our audience is. That was a choice rather than an accident, and it has a cost we are paying: B2B clients and larger businesses look precisely there.
The plan for the coming months is a small but maintained rhythm: one post a week, the same thinking as the reels, written for a different reader. You will see here whether we keep it.
What these numbers do not prove
Our channel is new and the sample is small. Growing an account that talks about marketing to a marketing audience is easier than growing one for a car repair shop, and it would be dishonest not to say so.
These numbers prove we can build and sustain a content system from zero, quickly and without budget. They do not prove you will see the same figures in your sector. That needs numbers from real clients, and we will publish those the moment we have them with written permission.

10 July 2026 · 0 followers
First post. New account, zero followers, no ad budget.
25 July 2026 · 1,000 followers
1,000 followers within two weeks, on short Albanian-language reels about business, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
4 August 2026 · 1,131 followers
22 posts in total and roughly 213,000 reel views. Growth slowed noticeably after 1,000 followers, as it almost always does.
Followers, likes, and comments can be verified by opening the posts. Reach, profile visits, and link taps come from Instagram Insights and are not public.

Frequently asked questions
Did you pay for followers or ads?
No, and the spend figure is listed above as zero precisely so you do not have to take our word for it. We have not bought followers, boosted any post, or used engagement pods. If we ever do spend on ads, the figure here changes and the claim of 100% organic growth is removed from this page automatically.
Can I verify these numbers myself?
Partly, and that is why we list the posts with direct links. Follower count, likes, and comments you can check by opening the profile and the posts. Internal figures like reach, profile visits, and link taps come from Instagram Insights and are not public for anyone; we give them because they are the ones with real value, but we accept they are not externally verifiable. If you want, we will walk through them on screen during a consult.
How often do you update this page?
Monthly, and the date the figures were last read is shown at the top of the numbers block. That is the hardest part of a page like this: a case study frozen on a good month is cherry-picking. So we keep it as a running log, including the months when growth slows.
Short definition
How does an Instagram account grow organically?
Organic Instagram growth comes from structured content on a single topic, published consistently, that answers the audience's real questions rather than decorating. A hook, lesson, proof, and close format works well for educational carousels. Every post needs a next step toward a page or a contact method, because followers with no exit do not become customers. Growing without an ad budget is slower but shows whether the content stands on its own. Rritje Sade has tested this system on its own channel in Tirana with zero ad spend.
