Why likes are not enough
A profile with ten thousand followers that produces no enquiries is a cost, not an asset. It happens more often than people think: the content looks good, the rhythm is steady, but nobody understands what the business sells or how to buy.
Content that brings customers looks different from content that brings likes. It is more direct, it mentions prices or processes, it shows real work, and it always ends with a clear next step. That often gets fewer likes and far more messages.
How does it work?
We work in monthly cycles. Each cycle opens with a plan and closes with a review, so we never post just to fill a calendar.
- 1. Plan: we set the month's themes based on the questions real customers ask.
- 2. Shoot: one shoot day a month collects material for several weeks.
- 3. Edit: reels and carousels with Albanian copy written for comprehension, not for an algorithm.
- 4. Publish: a steady calendar, not bursts followed by silence.
- 5. Exit: every post has a next step — link in bio, WhatsApp, or a page.
- 6. Review: which posts produced messages, not which got likes.
What we produce
Format follows purpose. A reel works for discovery, a carousel for explanation, and a longer video for trust. Most businesses need all three, in different proportions.
- Reels: 15–45 seconds, shot and edited by us
- Carousels: designed explainers in the brand's style
- Service video: one clear video explaining the offer, for the site and the profile
- Photography: visual material for the site and social
- Copy: captions, bio, and CTAs in natural Albanian
Who does the work
We are three co-founders and we work with clients directly; the work does not get handed to an intern once the contract is signed. That also means our capacity is limited and you may have to wait a cycle before we start.
We will ask for access to the profile and we will ask for your time: roughly two hours a month for shooting and approvals. Content for a service business cannot be produced well without the person who actually knows the work.
Packages and what they include
We set the price on the consult, once we have seen the site and where things stand. What you get before deciding is a concrete list of work and a timeline.

Frequently asked questions
How many posts a month are included?
We do not sell the work by post count, because that number is the wrong measure. A service business with eight good posts a month explaining its offer outperforms one with thirty decorative posts. On the consult we set a realistic rhythm based on your capacity for shooting and on what competitors are doing, and then we hold that rhythm.
Do I have to appear on camera?
It helps a great deal, especially for services where trust is part of the purchase: lawyers, dentists, trainers, consultants. People buy from people. But it is not mandatory. We also work with faceless content: shots of the work, results, process, animation, and text carousels. Results are usually slower, and we say so upfront.
Do you own the accounts or do I?
You always own them. We work through delegated access in Meta Business Suite, so the accounts, followers, and content stay yours even if we stop working together. We never create a profile under our own name for a client, because that ties the business to the agency in a way that is not in your interest.
Do you also run Instagram ads, not just posts?
Yes, but as a second step. Advertising works better when there is already organic content we know performs, because then we promote that instead of starting from scratch. Ad management is covered on the marketing page; the two often run together in an ongoing engagement.
Short definition
What does social media management include?
Social media management includes planning themes, producing content (reels, carousels, photography, video), writing copy, publishing to a calendar, responding to comments and messages, and reporting on results. For service businesses, the most important part is that every post has a clear next step toward contact, usually WhatsApp or a website. In Tirana, Rritje Sade provides this for Instagram and Facebook, in Albanian and English.
